Increasing Your Potential, One Thought at a Time

In listening to Dr. Dispenza relating to his book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, he says that we have 60-70

thousand thoughts a day (90% of which the same thoughts are repeated every day) creating the same choices, behavior, experiences, emotions, evolution and therefore the same results.

When we learn something new it connects with our brains, but only if we apply what we’ve learned can we feel it. Once we feel it we need to continue to think the thought until we train the brain. Works much better than will power!

Change starts one thought and one action at a time. You want to have more, become more! Dr. Wayne Dyer in his book, Change your Thoughts ─Change your Life, quotes George Bernard Shaw, “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

Homework: Write one new positive idea you’d like your brain to accept to improve the quality of your life. Revisit that thought at least 3 times a day until you feel the change of it automatically becoming part of your life. Winston Churchill said “Continuous effort – not strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential.” Don’t sacrifice your potential by settling for poor habits or routines when you have the option to create new and positive choices to live by!
